Where is the water sourced from?

Our water is sourced from the pristine and natural springs of Mount Kosciuszko, known for its purity and high quality.

A product is out of stock. What do i do?

We recommend checking back soon as we restock regularly. You can also sign up for notifications on our website to be alerted when it becomes available again. In the meantime, feel free to explore our other products or contact us for assistance with alternatives.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders within 2 business days from the payment receipt date. We'll send an email once you're orders on the way with a tracking link.
